Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in Winnipeg, MB at age of 61. Dear son of Henriqueta Rebelo and the late José Rebelo. Loving father of Scott (Julie) Rebelo, Kristine Rebelo, Cherished grandfather of Ethan Rebelo, Eleanor Rebelo, and step grandfather of Aaron Green.
Beloved partner of Ismenia Silva. step-father of Liene (Fadi), and Delia (Carlos) and step-grandfather of Antonia and Faris. Beloved brother of Tony (Izilda) Rebelo, Grace (Dave) Ryan, Manny (Maria) Rebelo and uncle to Andrew Ryan, Brittany Rebelo, Ashley Rebelo, and Eric Rebelo. Beloved brother in law and uncle to the Machado family.
John’s family will receive friends and relatives at the Lounsbury Funeral home, 1766 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge on Thursday, December 6th from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 7th at 11 am at St. Mary of the Visitation Parish, 16 Cooper Street, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to charity of your choice.
